A global consulting and professional services organization is seeking experienced Health & Benefits Sales Professionals to drive business growth and develop relationships with mid-sized and large employers across the United States.
This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with experience in employee benefits, health and benefits consulting, or related industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, building executive-level relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to prospective clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and business development activities
Identify and pursue opportunities within target markets and industries
Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to client requests
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing
Maintain and expand an active portfolio of business opportunities
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and consulting teams
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities
Support account growth and cross-selling initiatives
Bachelor's Degree
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development goals
Experience selling employee benefits, health and benefits solutions, or related consulting services
Experience working with mid-sized or large employer groups
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to engage with executive-level decision-makers
Experience working with organizations in the 1,000–5,000 employee market segment
Existing network of HR, benefits, or executive-level contacts
Experience managing complex sales cycles
Strong presentation and proposal development skills
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000
