A growing digital mental health provider is seeking an experienced ADHD Nurse or Specialist Prescriber to support patients throughout the assessment, treatment, and medication management process.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary clinical team while managing your own patient caseload. The successful candidate will conduct assessments, oversee medication titration, support ongoing monitoring, and contribute to high-quality neurodevelopmental care through a fully remote service model.
Conduct ADHD assessments and evaluate suitability for medication treatment
Manage the initiation and titration of ADHD medications in line with clinical guidelines
Maintain responsibility for an assigned patient caseload
Monitor treatment effectiveness, patient safety, and physical health requirements
Conduct clinical reviews and support ongoing patient care
Collaborate with psychiatrists, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
Support communication and shared-care arrangements with primary care providers
Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and service development initiatives
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Registered Nurse (NMC) or Registered Pharmacist (GPhC)
Active Independent Prescriber qualification (V300)
Experience conducting ADHD assessments
Experience managing ADHD medication titration
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently within a remote environment
Experience conducting video consultations and remote patient care
Experience working within ADHD or neurodevelopmental services
Knowledge of NHS pathways and referral frameworks
Experience liaising with General Practitioners and primary care providers
Familiarity with electronic clinical record systems
Experience working within multidisciplinary mental health teams
