A growing technology organization is seeking an Office & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of office operations, people processes, compliance activities, and business administration.
This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and ensuring business operations run smoothly behind the scenes. The successful candidate will work across operations, administration, HR support, and internal coordination while maintaining high standards of efficiency and compliance.
Manage daily office operations, vendors, suppliers, and facilities-related activities
Coordinate meetings, events, and internal company initiatives
Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration
Maintain compliance records, audits, and health and safety requirements
Collaborate with IT, legal, finance, and operational teams
Monitor internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Resolve operational issues proactively before they impact the business
Support a positive and efficient working environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting office administration, operations, or HR functions
Proactive and solution-oriented approach
Experience working in technology or professional services environments
Knowledge of compliance, audit, or workplace health and safety processes
Experience coordinating internal events and employee programs
Familiarity with business operations and process improvement initiatives
Salary: AUD $70,000 โ $75,000
