A major healthcare organization is seeking an experienced District Manager of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) to provide executive leadership across a large multi-site healthcare system.
This senior leadership role is responsible for client relationship management, operational performance, strategic growth initiatives, and the delivery of healthcare technology services across multiple facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare leadership teams while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Lead Healthcare Technology Management operations across multiple healthcare facilities
Serve as the primary executive contact for key client stakeholders
Develop and execute regional growth and operational strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead succession planning, coaching, and development of management teams
Drive operational performance and service excellence
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
Manage budgets, financial performance, and business objectives
Identify risks and opportunities while implementing improvement initiatives
Promote workplace safety and operational best practices
Support healthcare technology cybersecurity awareness and risk management
Report operational performance and strategic updates to senior leadership
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of management experience
Minimum 7 years of Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) experience
Extensive leadership experience within healthcare environments
Strong client relationship management skills
Experience managing budgets and operational performance
Understanding of healthcare technology and clinical engineering operations
Knowledge of healthcare cybersecurity concepts and risk management
Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Experience leading large multi-site healthcare systems
Experience managing executive-level client relationships
Experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation requirements
Experience developing high-performing management teams
Strong financial planning and business strategy experience
Salary: $150,000 โ $180,000
